Returned Merchandise

For most merchandise, items are warrantied by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year.  If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please contact us online for instructions.

No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.

CRT Discounts stands by the quality and craftmanship of all displayed merchandise. We will work with you to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns.

Returns require an RMA number. Please call in advance to receive an RMA number before returning merchandise.  It will not be accepted if it does not have an RMA number on the outside of the return box.

Privacy

As a customer of CRT Discounts, we respect your privacy.  Any information provided to us remains solely our property.  We do NOT share your name or e-mail address with anyone.

When you become our customer you provide your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information.  This information is collected on the order form for several reasons including: (1) personal identification; (2) to complete purchases; (3) to allow us to contact you for customer service, if necessary; (4) to customize the content of our site to meet your specific needs; and (5) to make product improvements to our website.  In addition, your email address is collected if you wish to subscribe to our monthly newsletter. Subscription is optional. All information we collect is stored in a secure database.  We also collect e-mail addresses voluntarily to inform our customers that we received the order.  We never make your e-mail address available to any other company or organization.

If you have supplied us with your postal address, we do not share your name and address with any companies.  We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information once it is in our records.  Your access to some services and content is password protected.

The privacy and protection of your personal information is vitally important to us.  We do not sell individual customer names or other private profile information to third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future.  Companies under the direct control of CRT Discounts may share information with one another, but all such companies are equally committed to protecting your privacy.

Security Information

A Note About Older Browsers:

If you encounter a dialog box stating 'Certificate Authority Is Expired' when you try to access one of our secure pages, simply click continue: the SSL session that secures your transaction with our site is not affected and all purchasing information is encrypted.  You can avoid the dialog box in the future by upgrading your browser.

For their protection, we ask that children do not submit information to us without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, despite our efforts to protect your personal information, CRT Discounts cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, or to or from our online products or services. However, once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

We recommend that you do not divulge your user name and password to anyone. CRT Discounts will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited e-mail. In addition, if applicable, you should remember to sign out of your account or service at the end of each session.
